Adrian lived in Mexico City for the past 18 years. He studied finance at Instituto Tecnológico Autónmo de México (ITAM), and developed mainly his career in the public sector. Founded a Political Party (Nueva Alianza) that registered the biggest growth for an emerging political force. He then specialized in auditing, ensuring the transparency of public spending. He later worked in administration in Congress and the Senate, where he was in charge of municipal sustainable projects and non profit organizations, mainly related to cultural projects.
As an entrepeneur he founded a small franchise of cafeterias inside school campus and office buildings more than 8 years ago. He cofounded a restaurant called Raiz in the heart of Polanco, that has been runing sucesfully for 5 years now.
After more than 10 years in politics and as an entrepeneur he decided to become an Insurance agent for New York Life and have kept working with a non profit organization that two years ago inogurated a museum in Cuernavaca, called Museo de Arte Indigena Contemporaneo.

Adrian holds a Bachelor degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance from ITAM (Mexico) and is certified in advanced English by the Cambridge University.
He is fluent in English, Spanish and has some notions of French.
Adrian a movie buff, and an avid reader of History and Historic novels. His passion for traveling to ancient cities has taken him to discover cultural and religious centers in Mexico, Egypt, Peru, Turkey, Italy, Greece and Japan, where he has experienced the local culture and enjoyed the history and cuisine. Food is a very important way for him to know and connect to other cultures, and he has a policy of trying anything at least once. That lead to opening a restaurant and being related to food production in recent years.
