Alexis Diaponon

The journey started in 2006 When Alexis was graduated from a Master degree in Finance and management, passed through some traineeship then joined a startup company specialized in infography and technologies as Webdesigner in 2008. One year later (September 2008) he joined the Executive Training program of Acces bank Plc (Nigeria) for a six months training in Lagos. Therefore, he resumed in Access bank côte d’ivoire, as Branch Service Head. The customer experience and service quality provided confort the management to move him to Head Office Branch; customer satisfaction, branch policy enhancing, branch welfare all those critical aspect were seriously addressed. Then came the political crisis in 2011, where Access Bank decided to sell the subsidiary, Alexis decided to run a personal business as electronics items importator especially from China. In june 2013, Alexis decided to comeback in the Banking industry by joining Guaranty Trust Bank Côte d’Ivoire as Operations Branch Head for the opening of the new branch of Angre. One year later same process, opening of adjame’s branch and Alexis was sent to set it up the standars of the customer experience and operations mindset. Promoted few months later, as Head of Foreign and Local Operations, Alexis have been monitoring the Bank operations, and regulatory reports involved. Credit committee member, Project manager of the standard procedure update, Project Manager of the Operations environment improvement he was fully dedicated to the Bank. End of year 2017, Alexis decided to give a new path to his career by joining Capital Banking Solutions as Functional Consultant.

Alexis has Master degree in Finance and management; a master degree Finance and capital market. He is also fluent in French and English
