Andrea Hernandez

Andrea started her career in the electrical engineering division of public lighting in Bogota. She was quickly assigned many tasks such as implementing the process of technical documentary, general checking of the different data base, daily back-up of the invoicing and operations related to a specific area, along with the analysis of the purchases related to the monthly budget. She was later involved in the updating of various documents requested by different counter-parties involved in the industry and she was also part of the evaluation of all administrative and operative process. She highly participated in the programming and coordination of the different phases of the business. With T&P, she is in charge of the Human Resources division, covering the entire South and Central American continent and basically overseeing various aspects of employment, such as compliance with labour law and employment standards, administration of employee benefits, and all the aspects of recruitment and dismissal.

Andrea studied Electronical technology in Universidad San Buenaventura Technologia in Bogota and Systems in Instituto Rede Computo in Bogota.
