Ayo researches solutions to problems; be it energy, techno-commercials, consulting, marketing and of late agribusiness. Read electrical & electronics engineering from University of Benin, Nigeria 1988, joined the renowned Michelin Industries in Nigeria as a trainee engineer same year. Rose rapidly to become the head of electrical training section three years later after distinctions in training school, and successfully leading groups to install high technology series of trailer-sized tyre production machines in Service PRO-PN) and Monocid verification machine in Service I. Coordination of Specific Machines Study Group was also added to his responsibilities. Transferred to the project department to anchor the new electrical group responsible for: electricity distribution from power plant to utilities; system functions and distribution networks of all low voltages including fire detection; production machine installation, technical documentation of these machines to include schematics/grafcets, methods, modifications and spare assessment; and liaison with contractors/installation groups regarding works and maintenance thereof. Running concurrently for years with the project engineering position in Port Harcourt was the position of logistics engineer with purchasing group, Lagos responsible for; coordinating technical procurement, finding-negotiating-leading capital procurements to implementation Ayo left Michelin for entrepreneurship. As COO of Stress Free Systems Ltd (SFS), his functions were development and management of contracts, research into bringing an improvement to the energy sector, leasing and brokerage agreements, and integral part of the marketing department to develop innovative and insightful solutions to purchasing and supply management. Contracts and supplies were done with Jerez Energy Inc., MI Drilling Fluids (now Baker), UBA, Ponticelli, Chevron, Nimasa, etc. Reporting to the managing director, he assisted as COO of SFS Ltd in the $863,197.48 Internal Electrical works at NMRDC, NIMASA and managed the $920,754.87 External Electrical works as CEO of SDi ltd on same project. Also, reporting to the CEO of Oats Global Energy Ltd he was project manager of the $22.33million Ugbonla-Igo National Grid 33kv distribution (41km) for OSOPADEC in Ondo State and also COO of SFS Ltd during consultancy works of Rural Electrification (415V Distribution line) of Igo & Molutehin communities in Ondo State. In last three years Ayo refocused his vision to cultivate 1 million hectares of land in Africa and process farmland harvests -‘a stress free initiative for food abundance (wealth). By this, he gives back to the society experiences learnt over the years as engineering, farming, production and marketing are involved. Starting with industrial starch production via large-scale cassava commercial farming as feedstock and soybean furlough-cropping. Also interested in coffee and tea varieties.
