Juan Fernando Sanchez

Juan Fernando started his career as an intern for Peru Minerals (Exploration Junior Company belonging to PROMESA LTD, Australian organization listed on the Australia Stock Exchange). He was in charge of overseeing the whole operation which included the socializing of the project with local communities and media along with the permanent and continuous support to the board of directors  in Australia and Colombia.

Upon completion of his internship, Juan Fernando moved back to Colombia and started working at MINT (Mineral Traders S.A.) as a Junior Coal Trader. His functions included the Identification, evaluation and structuring of new business opportunities, 

Later on, he was offered the opportunity to become Senior Coal Trader at C&C GOLD (a company of services, trading and solutions for the generation, evaluation and development of mineral exploration projects in Colombia and Peru). Relentlessly, Juan Fernando traveled all over the country to negotiate  deals with both miners and end-consumers, while being also responsible for the logistics, storage and supervision of the whole supply chain.

Juan Fernando has an international business degree from Politecnico Grancolombiano. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Juan Fernando is a professional horse back rider (Jumping). He loves music and extreme sports (motorbiking and parachuting)
