Job Description:-
- Responsible for Incident initiation on CX.
- Responsible for carrying out initial Triage
- Responsible for referring the incident to functional groups for troubleshooting via paging.
- Responsible for initiation of bridge during major incident
- Responsible for CDM notification and engagement of fault resolution groups.
- Responsible for engagement of relevant technical resource group while handling incidents in a timely manner.
- Responsible for clear and correct documentation of incident along with accurate stat using and correct codes.
- Responsible for sending information to mobile based GBU Cloud Services regarding Major incidents.
