Business Background
MLSL- MindChampion Learning Systems Limited (MLSL) , School learning division of NIIT Limited is focussed on building learning solutions with an aim to provide students an integrated academic experience inside the classroom as well at home to foster holistic learning. We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our Assessment team. As we look to expand our Assessment products and services significantly over the next 5 years, the role holder will be joining the business at an exciting time with the opportunity to play a key part in shaping our future.
Key responsibilities:
Gathering new customer requirements and validating market assumptions through research, to provide evidence for Ngurus Product Lifecycle model;
- Conduct analysis using a variety of data sources and present findings to Product Manager/s and wider business stakeholders to inform the ongoing strategy and business case proposition;
- Undertake close monitoring of our competitors activities and future trends shaping our markets; building and maintaining various sets of data that can inform decision making;
- Be the driver for Product and Service enhancement initiatives, working cross-functionally and with remote teams to conduct and direct conversations to ensure dependencies are navigated and the appropriate prioritisation is determined;
- Coordinate communication and translation of technical issues and fixes between technical teams, and product marketing;
- Work with Product Marketing to build sales enablement and positioning tools by combining inputs particularly around market trends and core product capabilities;
- Managing the Assessment creation and review projects , working with vendors and subject matter experts on the production of test specifications, blueprints and items.
