• Role Summary
  
  The role will be support focused including end user, month end process, system and business-focused support tasks.
  
  Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures and supporting the business systems in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  
  Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
  
  To identify recurring issues and documenting fixes in order to hand over to Service Line.
  
  Act as the key contact between end users and system developers.
  
  To ensure end-user and technical support documentation is in place for all project and development releases.
  
  Assist with more complex 3rd line systems problems and queries (logged via a IT Helpdesk system) 
  
  
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  Support users
  
  Experience of supporting ERP systems and involved in implementation of ERP modules (Agresso ERP is an added advantage).
  
  Good Knowledge on ERP concepts 
  
  T-SQL for Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and basic RDBMS principles
  
  Basic understanding of finance and accounting
  
  Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills
  
  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to understand end-user requirements.
  
  Flexible to work in shifts
  
  Ability to work independently
  
  Experience working with formal IT change control processes.
  
  Ability to present information and ideas clearly and concisely. 
  
  Ability to accurately document both technical and non-technical concepts.
