Job Description:-
- Excellent knowledge of Core Banking (US Market) preferably in areas like Payments, Lending and Deposits. Prior experience in US market/Credit unions or on any of Fiserv product and regulatory guidelines will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Uses independent judgment to identify problems and provide solutions
Build relationships with all functional areas and manage stakeholder expectations.
Flexibility to work extended hours to provide overlap to US teams.
Working knowledge of Axure for screen designing.
Experience in requirement analysis and solution design.
Ability to perform GAP Analysis.
Requirements gathering methodologies, techniques and processes (use cases, process flows, activity diagrams.
