• Requirements
  
  We need someone who has a background in the fundamentals of Electronic Healthcare Record applications, its planning and implementation, and a deep understanding of best practices in the Healthcare domain in various countries.
  
  You should have an established background in system analysis, good project management skills & communication skills, and an aptitude to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable in working on complex system software, customer-centric, and perfectionist about designing applications that can achieve its operational goals. You should be able to develop a logical innovation, when required.
  
  You should be highly motivated, willing to take on challenging initiatives, and capable of working both independently as well as a team member.
  
  A quick learner with ability and interest to learn new skills/technologies.
  
  You would analyze, formulate recommendations, organize and implement efficient processes related to new system implementations and upgrades.
  
  You would assist the implementation of the EHR by coordinating with clinical and user staff in the planning, designing, validation and implementation of the Electronic Health Record across the Healthcare system.
  
  You would implement EHR and coordinate activities related to conversion from paper or hybrid-based recordkeeping to an electronic data capture environment.
  
  You would serve as an internal consultant by directing conversion activities related to record processing, release of information, staffing, data analysis and completion activities, transcription, electronic signature, file services activities, coding and data quality activities, scanning, data integration and back loading of data/key elements.
  
  You would develop workflow tools for Electronic Health Record integration, develops policies and procedures for clinical and user staff in coordination with medical information management activities and recommend documentation capture processing to maximize efficiencies of new system implementation.
  
  You should be willing to work for extended hours when it is required.
