  Fluper Limited is Hiring " Senior  Business Analysts" for mobile and web application development projects from overseas clients i.e. USA, UK, Australia & Middle East.

  Candidates will be responsible for documenting the client requirements as Software Requirement Specification (SRS), FRD, BRD and sign-off by the clients. Candidates will interact with the software engineering teams to develop the software solutions required by the clients.
  
  
  
  * Client communication for Requirement Gathering, Estimation & Proposal/SRS / FRD / BRD/ WireFrame Drafting 
  
  * Web/Mobile Technology, Solutions, Concepts, Development Cycle knowledge
  
  * Must be analytical enough to understand complex project requirements and prepare detailed documentation 
  
  * Able to communicate with clients technically and prepare convincing write ups/messages
  
  * Expert in requirement gathering & proposal / wire-frame( Balsmiq, Just in time) & drafting
  
  * Professional email, documents, presentation writing skills
  
  * Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients
  
  * American / British accent is MUST for efficient communication with International Clients.
