We are looking for Inside Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing and qualifying new leads. You will be focusing on building sales pipeline and achieving the defined targets. You will partner closely with Key stakeholders on campaigns and collaborate to develop the corporate sales strategy and drive key initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Responsibilities
Build relationships with hiring managers / decision makers gauging their Manpower Requirements to maximize requirement opportunities
Follow up on warm leads
Build a sales pipeline for offering project based services
Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes
Work with the Business Development team with customer RFI, RFP and RFQ responses
Requirements
Excellent Communication skills (Both Verbal and written)
Must be comfortable in making 80-90 calls per day
Should have good convincing skills.
Should have knowledge about Cold calling and Lead Generation
Well versed with Email and phone etiquette
Good knowledge of working on PPT and Excel
