DESCRIPTION:

• Understanding the software/application and its functionalities for personalized explanation of the same to the existing clients.


• Handling customer's pre-sales and post-sales queries over various communication medium like calls/emails/skype/helpdesk and social networking sites.


• Assigning the technical queries of the client to the technical department.


• Preparing full user guide of the products for the customers in written and video format as well.


• Attending international as well as domestic seminars and conferences regarding promotion of the product with the presentation.


• Market research of the products.


• Responsible for the new partnership of the organization,acting as a bridge between client side and the organization.


• No sales target at all.


• IT Business management is preferred.


• Project Bidding.


• Good exposure on Upwork platform


• Full time office job,not a field job.

Skill Required:-

• Should be good in communication as well as in written english


• Should be aware of E-commerce Market and related queries


• Good Analytical Approach.


• Good Mailing Skills.


• Should be proficient in working with computer,Software skills such as Microsoft office as well as Internet access.


• Problem solver with excellent attention to details


• Technical Knowledge/Background is preferred.


• Candidate should be Tech-Savy.
