  We are looking for full stack IC and lead roles to help us in pacing up our product development. We are creating a development teams to work on creating systems which would give a boost to our merchant acquisition process. The applications involve multiple microservices including single page web applications in ReactJS/Ember frontend framework consuming APIs from our multiple backends. We are looking for people having knowledge in depth. They should be very confident and competent in what they do. 
  
  
  
  Can take complete responsibility for the development of module/work they are assigned to 
  
  Can work on high performance application and write very optimized code 
  
  Have good problem solving skills and very clear understanding of basic and data structures, algorithms 
  
  Expert in any one of their favorite programming language 
  
  Are experienced with at least one backend web framework (ROR, Spring, Laravel, Express etc.) 
  
  Are very good in client side JavaScript (with or w/o jQuery) as well as latest JS ES2017 
  
  Are proficient in one of the popular client side JS MV(X) frameworks ( react / ember / angular / vue etc.) 
  
  Have clear understanding of high level components used in a typical web applications(Browser, Web Server, App Server, DB) 
  
  Have a knack for debugging and deep diving into the code to the library levels. 
  
  Are passionate for learning new technologies and frameworks 
  
  Have the ability to confidently stand up for and fight for what is right, including consistently putting the organization's goals and needs above individual or team 
  
  
  
  Nice to have: 
  
  Experience in TDD/BDD style in agile fashion which means you develop, test, release and get back to development again in short cycles. 
  
  Proficient in client/server communications and latest trends. 
  
  Proficiency in frontend build tools (like brunch, broccoli, webpack) as well as server side build tools 
  
  Crystal clear understanding of popular JS module loaders (AMD, commonJS etc). 
  
  Fair experience with transpiling (should know SCSS, Babel etc.).
