Job Description:-

Experience as a BD / International Sales/Inside Sales / ERP sales / Software sales

Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs

Proven working experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role

Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients

Proven experience of delivering sales growth via targeting new verticals, sourcing contacts, developing messaging and delivering structured sales campaigns. 

Develop Plans to achieve Targets set by the organization

Ensure high customer satisfaction among business stakeholders.

Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business.

Ability to adapt well and perform in new competitive environment with flexibility towards shifts in working and excelling under high pressure and diverse situation

Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.

Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment. 

Strong communication and inter personal skills. 

Must have willingness to learn and go-getter attitude

Excellent communication (verbal, written), pipeline management and closing skills. 

Experience in customer support is a plus

Candidate must be willing to work in night shift
