  Our client is is an online private label brand for men's grooming products. The company was founded in 2015 by IIT, IIM & Virginia University alumni and has over 25,000 customers across offline and online channels, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and its own website.

   

  Our client has raised about $2.5 Mn in a Pre-Series A funding round. With their presence already established in US, the company is expanding across products, channels (online, offline and B2B sales) and geographies to hit an annual run rate of 30 crore per year in the current fiscal.

   

  As a Full Stack Developer , you will play an integral role in designing and developing new features and frameworks for the company that will help the Internet stay honest around uptime. You will help us in designing and building out smaller parts of all technology initiatives for the company.

   

  What you will do:

  
  
  • Active course setting, detailed planning and executing improvements to the tech applications
  
  
  • Continuous improvement of the Company's primary website as well as blog
  
  
  • Identifying and implementing improvements for UI/UX, database management and server management
  
  
  • Identifying improvements in 3rd Party integrations - E.g. Warehousing system, payment gateway and implementing improvements
  
  
  • Improvements in application's performance metrics such as load time, mobile responsiveness and site SEO
  
  
  • Working with marketing team to co-create effective campaigns and modifying web applications to achieve marketing objectives
  
  
  • Managing the KPIs: Showing improvement in website performance metrics and Sales conversions
  
  
  • Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to these problems
  
  
  • Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
