Job Description:-

  • At least 4 years of experience as a software developer
  
  
  • Good understanding of design patterns, tools and OO techniques
  
  
  • Experience with Architecture and design of complex industrial applications
  
  
  • Fluent with J2EE technologies, frameworks like - JSF, Richfaces, Spring.
  
  
  • Expert in JavaScript, Jquery, Ajax, DHTML
  
  
  • Expert knowledge of Websphere Portal
  
  
  • Strong DB and SQL knowledge: Create and design databases, views, stored procedures, functions 
  
  
  • A strong desire to collaborate and work within a team
  
  
  • Ability to define requirements and work in a concept-to-design model
  
  
  • Good communication skills.
  
  
  
  
  (Desirable) 
  
  
  • Experience with agile software development is an added skill.
  
  
  • Good hands on experience with iBatis (or equivalent), EJB3, Eclipse, Documentum, POI is a plus.
