  Must be strong in PHP , OOPs concepts, Zend Framework.
  
  Knowledge of MVC architecture would be an added advantage.
  
  OOP MVC, CodeIgniter or Zend Framework, Javascript / jQuery, Basic HTML / HTML5.
  
  Git, MongoDB Redis, Facebook Graph API Twitter API Google Maps API, NodeJS, Good working understanding of Python, Perl etc.would be an advantage.
  
  Idea about website performance analysis.
  
  Good skills in OOP based PHP Programming.
