  We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for an Business Development Manager who will be building and managing a h1 consultant unit
  
   
  
  
  • Leverage relationships to attract candidates who are looking for h1 transfer. 
  
  
  • Leverage relationships to place consultants 
  
  
  • Direct MSys marketing team 
  
  
  • Have P & L ownership of the revenue stream/business unit
  
  
  • Be the singe point of contact for consultant. Manage all activities from end to end including salary negotiations, overseeing marketing activities, working with the legal team for visa sponsorship, consultant maintenance and engagement.. 
  
  
  • Participate in meetings and other relationship building activities
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Requirements 
  
  
  • Proven track record of building h1b dependent staffing units
  
  
  • Extensive references from h1b consultants placed
  
  
  • Ability to work from home or from our office in Hyderabad and be able to direct marketing team
  
  
  • Experience with all facets of the US IT staffing business
