  • What is the role? 



    - Lead Generation: Identify the right channels and sources to acquire properties through inbound & outbound leads



    - Data Collection and Analysis: Once a lead is generated, all the relevant data points around a property need to be gathered so that a feasibility check and analysis can be done.



    - Feasibility Check and Conversion: Figure the economic viability of the property, convince the property partner for the terms and conditions and finally ensure the property deal is closed - everything falls under the ambit of the Asst. BD manager



    - Relationship Building: Maintain good relationships with potential and current partners at all times



    How could you qualify for the role? 



    - Prior Sales and Business Development Experience: Folks with 1-3 experience of sales/business development would be preferred with special preference for experience in the Real Estate segment



    - Personality: High Energy, go-getter, and a proactive personality. Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results



    Other Must-haves? 



    - Conveyance: Ability to ride and own a two-wheeler is a must



    - Basic Computer Skills: MS Excel is preferred



    - Languages: English is mandatory and fluency in Telugu/Hindi is a plus
