JOB DESCRIPTION -

Looking for Candidate with experience handling  Technical Sales  Calls. Exposure of Handling

IOS Calls

Emails Calls (AOL, Yahoo, Gmail etc)

Printer Calls

Antivirus Calls

Responsibilities:

Accountable For Individual Sales Revenue Target

Helping The Customer Diagnose the Issue On Their PC

Must Be Capable of Handling Objection & Using Product/ Service Benefits to Respond to Customer

Handling Irate/Demanding Customers Where Necessary, In a Tactical Manner.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Basic Technical Knowledge of PC

Knowledge About Windows Selling of Antivirus, Installation of Office, Printer, Router

Set Up ,Troubleshoot For Windows XP, Windows 7 And Windows 8

Technical  Knowledge of Operating Systems, Hardware and Software
