Job Profile:

Role & Responsibilities: 

 

• -- BE/B.Tech/ME from IIT's or Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges with 5-10 years of work experience working on scalable mobile based products.
  
  -- Primarily interested in architecture of scalable, maintainable systems using the most sensible tech stack to develop easily testable components based around REST web services.
  
  -- Proficiency in CS concepts such as Data Structures, Algorithms and Operating systems.
  
  -- Strong knowledge of iOS(swift)/Android and server side language such as Java/Scala, Ruby, Python or PHP is MUST.
  
  -- Good understanding of web technologies like Javascript, HTML5, CSS is required.
  
  -- Sound understanding of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL. Exposure to NoSQL systems like Redis/MongoDb is good to have.
  
  -- Good understanding of version control tools like Git, Subversion is required.
  
  -- Prior exposure to web frameworks like Bootstrap, AngularJS is good to have.
  
  -- Good communication skills.
  
  -- Candidates with prior experience in start ups would be preferred.
  
  --- Ability to work on cross team/org projects.

  -- Client Communication though calls, slack & emails. 
  
  -- Handle a team of bright engineers
  
  -- Motivating engineers. Daily scrum/team meeting.
  
  -- Take complete ownership of the product stacks right from development stage to deployment and post release maintenance.
  
  -- Work closely with engineers for timely delivery of Product features and engineering tasks.
  
  -- Participate actively in design discussions and defining the long term architecture of the system.
