• 1. Analyzing a broadly-defined area using functional decomposition to define high-level epics and stories in the Product Backlog
  
  
  
  2. Writing individual stories that are very clear and concise and are easy to understand and implement by the development team.
  
  
  
  3. On large projects, needs of related projects as well as the needs of a number of different stakeholders to produce an overall solution.
  
  
  
  4. Add value in productive way and should not be just an intermediary between the development team and the business users and stakeholders.
  
  
  
  5. Provide mentoring & guidance to project team members in accordance with Agile principles
  
  
  
  6. Ability to take initiative, drive decisions, understand project needs without being told, and make key recommendations based on the analysis.
  
  
  
  7. Effective at communicating and presenting solutions to Senior Leadership
  
  
  
  8. Able to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
  
  
  
  9. Collaborate with external & internal stakeholders to create designs and to perfect the application's (Mockups, Wireframes, Screenshots).
  
  
  
  10. Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  
  
  
  11. Support Delivery (release documentation), UAT, incident and production support
