• Responsibilities :
  
  
  
  1. Obtain complete grasp of a project starting with the current and future goals and objectives. Create a clear picture of Stakeholders, Resources, Timelines and Deliverables using tools.
  
  
  
  2. Interact with clients or Product Managers to understand the purpose and rationale for any goals, objectives, and initiatives. Arrive at Definition-of-done. Groom the work scope in tune with changing conditions, brainstorming and Prioritizing. 
  
  
  
  3. Analysis - Determine scope and boundaries of work. Derive Functional and Non-functional requirements optimizing for existing resources as well as project/product goals 
  
  
  
  4. Requirements Management - Breaking down work into User stories, Tasks or Sub-Tasks while clearly defining Acceptance Criteria. 
  
  
  
  5. Creating any supplementary material like Project Overview, Data Dictionary and User Guides.
  
  
  
  6. Work with teams for additional analysis; arrive at solutions, clearly specifying criteria.
  
  
  
  7. Act as point of communication for all teams and stay up to date on project progress
  
  
  
  8. Guide project towards progress effectively tackling any impediments or delays by taking it up with concerned individuals.
  
  
  
  9. Drive initiatives that create more clarity about work, improve quality, de-risk
  
  
  
  10. Ability to multi-task and manage distributed teams working on multiple projects at once.
