Job description:-

• The individuals primary responsibility will be to work as part of the valuation team and assist with valuation of portfolio assets within mezzanine debt and European private equity funds. 


• Assist in the quarterly valuation process of non-public investments; working with the valuation team to check valuation model inputs and documentation; 


• Assist with the coordination and administration of the private equity valuation function, such as interacting with accounting/marketing/legal departments, external auditors, and valuation firms; 


• Assist with research and analysis projects; 


• Assist with other ad hoc projects and auditor requests; and 


• Ensure that valuations are consistent with legal and regulatory requirements
