Job description:-Proactive resource with good understanding on Requirement Gathering, Requirement elicitation, Documentation, Change management, Impact analysis and Risk analysis

Working knowledge of Agile and SDLC Methodologies

Partnering with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements

Looking for process improvement opportunities continuously while working with teams 

Making decisions guided by policies and business plan that impact the level of service and the departments ability to meet performance objectives

Analyze, documents and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications

Partners with business partners to consult and conduct user acceptance testing

Work with domain SMEs, implementation SMEs, and other project stakeholders to define required transition requirements for the successful cutover to new solutions

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (FRD, BRD, Use Cases, Process & Data Flow Diagram, ERD, Concept Decks, Gap Analysis, GUI, Screen and Interface designs)

Understanding SQL, .Net, HTML, XML, JSON and MS Visio

Engaged in multiple initiatives/Project simultaneously

Resolve Customer tickets, Help Programmer, Developer and QA to design SQL queries and analyze the issue

Help Database Team to debug and identify issues, provide impact analysis for new enhancements

Daily, Weekly and monthly meet with Upstream and downstream teams.

Setting up best practice session after each project and preparing Lesson learned documents.

Suggesting future strategies and technological upgrade to leadership

Turning opportunities into Achievements by consulting business stakeholders and presenting Cost benefit analysis
