• We are hiring for RPA Business Analyst with 4-7 years of experience for our Hyderabad campus
  
  * Position is for BA's , only developer profiles will not be considered .
  
  
  
  Skills/requirement:
  
  4-7 years of experience in Business Process Analysis
  
  Understanding of Financial industry, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Securities .
  
  Prior Working knowledge on RPA tools like Automation Anywhere , Blue Prism, UI path etc. Hands on Data testing ,integration testing, UAT testing along with advanced Excel knowledge must be able to provide suggestions for the improvement of existing process and design to-be flows.
  
  Capable of acting as a catalyst in understanding / appreciating user requirements and effectively communicating the requirements (Business requirement docs, functional specs) to the RPA development team
  
  Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage
  
  Good communication and presentation skills
  
  Good client stakeholder management skills
  
  Should have Business Process Design/ Mapping Skills
