  • Job Requirements :



    1. Participate in requirements gathering and responsible for development of technology solution and specifications.



    2. Be able to evaluate the existing system, preparing gap analysis, identify possible solutions to meet the client needs and introduce new ideas and solutions to the client.



    3. Conceptualizing innovative solutions, writing proposals and preparing presentations.



    4. Preparation of various reports including Inception, As Is, BPR, To Be, Solution Design, Change Management, Detailed Project Reports and Request for Proposal documents.



    5. Have an advisory mindset and be strong on communication and other soft skills viz. interpersonal skills and team-work.



    6. Should have the capacity to write independently RFPs / tender documents.



    7. Independently handle meetings and make presentations / demonstrations to the key stakeholders.



    8. Work with the frontlines sales personnel and support them in the sales initiatives.



    9. Be willing to travel.



    10. Respond to tenders / RFPs, write proposals, interact with other vendors / partners, play an active part in finalization of order / contract, and manage post-order implementation issues.



    11. Have the willingness and ability to work under stringent deadlines and for extended working hours if the project or situation may require the same.



    Desired Candidate Profile :



    1. The candidate should be a B.E / B.Tech and /or MBA from a good business school.



    2. Should have been working on Government (State or Central) consulting projects for at least 3-7 years.



    3. Experience working with any of the Big 4 desirable.



    4. Should have familiarity with functioning of major departments in the Government.



    5. Should have demonstrable knowledge and experience in preparing various reports such as Inception reports, As Is, BPR, To Be, Solution Design, Change Management, Detailed Project Reports and Request for Proposal documents.



    6. Should have good understanding of Government bid process management.



    7. Experience in responding to tenders / RFPs, writing proposals and making presentations to the client.



    8. Pleasant personality with good oral /written communication skills. Should be able to independently give presentations / demonstrations to the clients.



    9. Should be self-motivated and develop innovative solutions that can be positioned by the sales team.



    10. Abilit to work under pressure and meet stringent delivery timelines.



    11. Good Managerial Skills - Leadership, Interpersonal skills, Planning, Organization & Time Management.



    12. Fluent in English and Hindi.
