Primary Responsibilities:



Conduct research studies that may include collecting, analyzing, trending and presenting data and recommendations to management

Assist with requirements analysis and verification

Document customer/ client requirements through clear, unambiguous, concise and effective written and oral communication

Develop, enhance and maintain planning models, surveys and benchmarks

Perform analysis for business process re-engineering opportunities and define, develop and document before and after process flows

Participate in the release planning and scoping processes that determine the product roadmap

Articulate the product roadmap to internal stakeholders

Lead the requirements gathering, analysis and business design activities

Work in the analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems, and prepare detailed business/ tech specifications

Develop detailed design specifications, data analysis, data mapping and data transformation rules

Understand and Review design details with Development teams, being a resource for business functionality questions that arise during development and testing

Communicate with internal and external business partners

Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups

Author detailed, measurable product requirements, user stories, and develop use case documentation

Ensure timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA

Participation in Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/ No Go decision

Support UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc. 

Collaborate with the Technical Publications team to ensure the delivery of all documents in good quality and on time

Assist the marketing in creating the product collateral, presentations, datasheets, whitepapers and FAQs

Assist in preparation of product demonstrations

Assist with competitive research

Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders
