Crypto Trading Platform for Commodities

Dear Colleagues, currently working for a new IT project, developing a crypto trading platform for Commodity traders, where any Commodity as Coal, Base Metals, Wheats, Oils can be seen in tokens equivalents and then be sold for a BTC / ETH. 

What Commodity would go for it ? 

Whould you be interested in replacing paper contracts by a digitilized Smart Contract version ?

This is a very good project! The best commodity would be gold! The main problem would be to reconcile the high volatility of BTC/ETH convertible in USD/EUR with the volatility of commodities. Have you read the recent article in LeTemps yesterday about a "fraud" on a crypto plateform?"
