Corporate and M&A Law Attorney

Our client, one of the world's leading law firm specialised in international commerce with a global presence, is looking for an Attorney (Senior Associate level) in Corporate Finance based in Geneva whose main tasks will be to:

- advise on all forms of corporate, commercial and international business law including M&A, joint ventures, project finance (infrastructure), private equity, venture capital, public-private partnership, privatisation, licensing, corporate governance, procurement, export credit financings, bond issues or other forms of capital raising.

- assist and advise on Structured Asset Finance issues.

- give assistance to the Senior Partner in reviewing and advising on contracts for the purchase or sale of business assets, assisting corporations in restructuring, MBOs...

- advise banks, insurance companies, large corporates, trading companies, real estate developpers in litigious and non-litigious matters.

- plan and manage large scale and multi-jurisdictional disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals.

- act in criminal proceedings in corporate finance related matters (mostly fraud).

 

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years Post Qualification Experience in Corporate Finance or International Business Law within a bank or law firm or a corporate

- Expertise on UK and Swiss laws

- Confirmed Swiss Attorney

- Strong analytical skills

- Creative, quick and clear-minded

- Excellent command of English. French or any other language is a plus.

- Valid Swiss work permit
