Department summary
Responsible for the design, implementation and execution of Global Human Resources strategies
and processes within the entities, assuring the compliance with local and global HR policies
including areas of talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management,
learning and development, talent management, employee relations and change management.
The role
• Ensure the design and setup of the key HR policies across all the local entities in accordance
with the business the priorities.
• Ensure local HR compliance with local labour law and local regulations.
• Develop specific policies to ensure staff “health and safety” initiatives, monitoring the reports
on it and support the local company’s entities in their local action plans for improvement.
• Support the local company’s entities in the Union relations, setting the proper policies and
internal procedure to manage the local negotiation.
• Support the company’s management in the recruiting phase of the entities’ management team
(i.e. MD, GM, CF0, and other important functions).
• Develop specific reports on HR KPIs to present to the company’s management to take decisions.
• Ensure the implementation of Career-paths and Talent Management processes, with the
guidelines defined by the Global HR, supporting the identification of talented people to move
from the company’s entities to the HQ and vice versa.
• Support on identifying solutions when it comes to critical HR situations and the local level. As
well as that, ensure the deployment of the agreed action plan, monitoring the improvements, in
collaboration with local HR and MD.
• Facilitate Pulse roll-out process across the entities: customize the HR processes on the specific
company’s needs, delivering the training to local HR managers, monitoring the technical roll out
phase and monitoring the adoption of the platform.
• Support the implementation, in compliance with the global guidelines and policies defined by
Centre of Excellence corporate HR units, of all the programmes and initiatives regarding
recruiting and training performance management and appraisal, talent management, welfare
support provisions, staff allocation (workforce planning) and organisation, in order to adapt and
customise company’s HR strategy to the specific needs, cultural features and regulatory
framework of each country in the regions and support the global strategy implementation
process.
•Ensure the implementation of salary review processes aligned with the guidelines defined by
global HR and management. To make regular benchmarking of salaries level comparing to the
market and other entities.
•Ensure the HR best practices sharing between the entities.
Profile
Solid Generalist HR experience

Adaptable and capable of working with any type of workforce
Experience with logistics company a plus
