For one of the main Trade Finance bank in Geneva, we are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager whose role will be:
- manage a clients' portfolio within the frame of the Trade Finance Soft desk (grains and exotic products)
- apply credit policies set up by the management and under the directions given by the group head.
- evaluate all risks (market, country, credit, prices, goods, logistics...) related to the transactionnal financing activities of Soft commodities + structured products (BB and RCF).
- structure, prepare and present transactions as well as credit facilities approval requests.
- perform analysis of audited financial reports from customers.
- assume the role of Coverage for the whole bank.
Requirements :
- 4 to 6 years experience minimum as Relationship Manager in a Trade Finance Bank or in a Trade Finance department of a trading company
- Expertise in soft commodities is a must.
- Knowledge of grains financing in Europe, Africa, South America and Oceania would be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments in general (LCs, financial guarantees, FX, cash management products)
- Good communication, marketing and selling skills
- Good analytical and social skills
- University degree in Economics or equivalent
- Fluency in English and French, any other language is a plus.
- A solution-oriented and independent approach to work.
