For an important client, we are looking for a
Sales Director in Ghana 

Tasks:

The Sales
Director will lead, define and execute the sales strategy.

Key Performance Areas

Prospect Ghana market and analyze potential.

Prepare a quarterly report on the prospection with action plan to increase
market share 

Prepare and negotiate customer quotation technically and financially

Comply with offers that the rules relating to the financing, control of
financial and legal established by the company

Present monthly sales achievement to management meeting.

Lead, motivate sales team

Review annual performance of each sales team. 

Coach and develop commercial and technical competencies of sales team across
all branches.

Experience:

More than 5
years of successful experience in distribution

Worked in at least 2 different countries in Africa,

English native speaker (a must in Ghana)

Exposed to mining technical environment 

Engineering education, with a commercial Mindset

Organized, pragmatic, out of the box thinking, assertiveness

Customer focus with result and solution oriented.

Good command in IT tools
