For one well established coffee and cocoa trading company, we are looking for a top Coffee Marketer for the Iberic region whose duties will be:

- driving the marketing and sales strategy of the group in Spain and Portugal,

- develop the clients base,

- smooth the operations of deliveries to coffee roasters and professional consumers,

- organise special events and attend conferences to gain market share.

- establish strategic partnerships

- increase volumes

The ideal candidate would be:

- min. 10 years experience in coffee trading though mostly focus on distribution and sales (no sourcing experience needed)

- University degree or equivalent

- Passion for (specialty) coffee

- Strong selling skills

- At ease with numbers

- Strong ethic

- leadership skills

- Strong knowledge of the coffee market in Spain and Portugal
